  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
  • During high demand periods, processing time may be slightly extended

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days across India
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹398
  • A small shipping fee may apply on orders below ₹398 (shown at checkout)

4. Payment Policy

  • We currently accept Prepaid Orders only
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email
  • You can track your order in real-time

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • High order volume

SkinBazaar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your order.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply
    • No refunds will be issued

8. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours with proof

We will assist you accordingly.
