- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
- During high demand periods, processing time may be slightly extended

- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days across India
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹398
- A small shipping fee may apply on orders below ₹398 (shown at checkout)
4. Payment Policy
- We currently accept Prepaid Orders only
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email
- You can track your order in real-time
6. Delays & Delivery Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
- High order volume
SkinBazaar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate
- If delivery fails due to incorrect details:
- Re-shipping charges may apply
- No refunds will be issued
8. Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged:
- Record an unboxing video immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours with proof
We will assist you accordingly.
