We truly value your trust in our products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from SkinBazaar, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Returns & Replacements
At SkinBazaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we only accept replacement requests in case a wrong product is delivered.
We do not accept returns for any other reason, and refunds are not provided.
2. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
You are eligible for a replacement under the following process:
- Contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
- Email us at skinbazaar.in@gmail.com (change if needed)
- Share:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos and an unboxing video of the product
- Brief explanation of the issue
Once verified, our team will guide you through the replacement process.
3. Replacement Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
- Proof (photo/video) must clearly show the issue
4. Refund Policy
SkinBazaar follows a strict no-refund policy.
We only provide replacements in case of incorrect items delivered.
5. Shipping Charges
If a wrong product is delivered:
- We will bear the return shipping cost
- Replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost
6. Order Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled
- You can request modifications within 24 hours of placing the order
- No refunds will be processed after order confirmation
